Is Meaningful Beauty Safe To Use?
Meaningful Beauty products contain quite a lot of ingredients. Make no mistake, this is *not* a clean beauty range. It does contain active ingredients like retinol and niacinamide which can cause sensitivity, but make a real difference to the appearance of your skin.
This is definitely something to be concerned about if you typically react negatively to skincare, but otherwise, it should be completely fine.
The Effective Ingredients in Creme De Serum & Some Irritating Additions
Glycerin is the main ingredient in the tinted Creme de Serum. The Glycerin helps draw moisture from your skin rather than the air and this helps keep your skin hydrated. However, glycols can be irritating to some sensitive skin types.
Creme de Serum also contains silicon (including Polymethylsilsesquioxane) that smooth over wrinkles for an instant effect, but do not actually make a difference to the appearance of wrinkles when you take the product off. It’s no surprise that customers love using the serum as a primer before makeup.
Vitamin C (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) helps brighten your skin and keeps you looking fresher.
Tripeptide-3 is an expensive addition to this serum (helping to explain the price) it’s effective in promoting collagen synthesis in your skin.
